I have a 24" Histop Hub modded with a skiptooth sprocket. I needed to have a standard sprocket on it, but the skiptooth is welded on. So, I used a kid's 20" wheel with the same type hub to see if they are interchangeable. It was! The hubshell had different grooves but the parts matched up. So, for Histop, the kid's bikes have the same hub. That could come in handy for rebuilding a hub. The skiptooth is now on the kid's wheel just for storage.
