Hub wiper, extra wide and extra cheap!
Using an old belt, she happened to have one with a really cool metal end, loop it around the hub, cut to length.
Add a reflector, presto chango!
I also added a blinky light under the seat as required here by law, happened to have this cool round Aviner one handy.
