this bike has taken it's time to be built, and still has a ways to go . But here's a build thread anyhow.

Once upon a time, I had intended a stock Five Star

But after picking up a rusty fork to match the frame, and a killer dual headlamp setup. ....

I tried to build it in a couple build offs , but it just stalled. Couldn'tquite find the right pieces to continue on a no budget.

I wanted a set of Vanilla Boa G's , but they are no longer available. I finally decided to buy some Brown Boa's , but still wasn't sold , until I finally found something in the pile that could become a wheelset and a shade of cream to pull it together

of course the fork needs some modification now , and that's the next move

trying out tires

had some stainless spokes that worked with this high flange aluminum hub . working on a kick back with heavy duty spokes , but having difficulty pushing any of my crappy drill bits through the hub
