A stretch of lonely country 2-lane, what better place for a vintage motorcycle or hot rod. Wasn't too sure I would finish this one in time, but like any good hot rod build, it all came together at nearly the last minute.
This is my late 30's Snyder fastback sold as a Ward's Hawthorne. Good ol' Monkey Wards!
Some of the custom features are the PVC pipe "gas" tank, the PVC and aluminum shifter, home blacksmithed seat post, aluminum chain guard, landscape light headlight, sheet styrene (used for model construction) "fender skirts" and a wood and aluminum "oil" tank
