Klunking is muddy in the winter. And it's dusty in the summer.
Cool! I think that one of the bikes in there is an early Fisher prototype too...
I need one of those "I'd rather be Klunking" shirts!
Luke.
Thanks for the clarification 808! It was the Breezer bikes I thought were early Fishers, I have seen pics of the first shop he ran with a full row of them out front, assumed they were his...They got some Breezer Series 1 bikes on there (nickel plated, lateral stays from headtube to drop-out) and some of the early Ritchey-builts that Fisher and Charlie Kelly sold under their "MountainBikes" brand (regular diamond frame; looks like the first Specialized StumpJumpers b/c Spesh flagrantly knocked-off the design and geometry...) Plus, of course, they got all the old-timey cruisers that dominate the video....
I got me a "Klunkin' Ain't Easy" t shirt. Prolly gonna wear it to work today
No duh. Can't believe it's taken you this long!Thinking it may nearly be time for me to build a Klunker...
Thinking I might build a Breezer tribute from scratch...No duh. Can't believe it's taken you this long!

That would be cool!I think the twin lateral stays and the slightly sloping back-to-front top tube would be required, but I think it'd pay to change the geo otherwise.... longer toptube, shorter stays... And, if I may make a request: chainstay u-brake would be the hottness.
Yeah, been thinking the same thing...---although a Breezer Series I ain't much of a klunker--- it's more of a proto-mtb.
