How do you keep parts lined up correctly while building?

A nicely rolling bike that also goes straight need to be well balanced and lined, right?

So how do you keep parts lined up while mocking up, welding and so on?
Do you have a jig?
If so, what kind?
Bought or selfmade?
 
It seems this is a secret people don't want to share. I asked for pics of jigs and only got a pic of the robot from lost in space.
 
I use the welding table for alignment of the tubes. One day i'll build myself a jig, but for now welding table is perfectly enough.
Here is a build thread of one of my frames, you can see its done there. You can also see how i used laser-cut cardboard as a template for tube bending.
