How do you make those hot rims

i have seen people cut out the inner part of the rim and grind it smooth, then either spoke it, or however else you want to keep the hub in.

Yup. Here is my take on the Gladiator.

Brad from AZ has a book, "Bikes, Choppers, and Scooter Projects for the Evil Genius", that has plans for15 or so bikes including the Gladiator. It covers building the wheels. I think you can get it on Amazon for less than $20.
