That saddle doesn't look original to me but it's probably worth $40 by itself. I don't know crap about middleweights but that sprocket w/ the Stars is real popular so it may be worth another $25 in good condition. Just keep that in mind if you are thinking about selling it. If the tank has all the light and horn(if there is one) parts that will up the anty. The formula I use is the bike is worth the sum of it's parts if sold seperately divided by 4. No help at all, right?
It's an Arkansas made Roadmaster, probably 1961-63, going by the star sprocket and seat stem collar. If it's going to be sold for profit, buy it for 50 bucks, and maybe sell it for 80. Not really worth the trouble. If it's for your use as your cool old bike, it's worth what you are willing pay for it. I'm using that same style frame in the build off.
