After seeing slowriderz truss rod brackets for sale it got me thinking of how I to modify my fork to one that uses them. Anyone have some info on how to go about this? I orginally wanted to go the route of a monark style but now I'm diggin the truss rod look. Any help would be great!

Should have added this before...here's the bike I'm working with:

I've seen them made from brake line, conduit and rebar so far. The brake line and conduit you just smash flat in a vice and drill a hole for the axles. The top mounting would depend on your bracket but it shouldn't be hard to attach a bolt to the top end.

I jumped the gun on the post and didn't do a search before submitting. There is a post on here that I believe is titled "creative truss rod ideas" and there's some really good stuff there. One of the best ideas I saw was to use battery terminals to connect the line or rod to the axel. I actually ended up buying existing truss rods and bracket from a member but will definitely be using that idea with some thin copper pipe for my next build.
