But this thing just has the stance to do some thing cool with....

I'd go the 'grown up Big Wheel' trike route I think. Put a coastable front unicycle hub on it, set of fat rear wheels.....or just leave it alone[emoji16]

Swap out the crank with a fighter plane-style control stick for steering and IGH from a unicycle.

Or, for something really different if I had more patience than I do, chainwheel single-sided cranks on each side of the front wheel running chains to a chainrings on a bottom bracket on that top steering tube and running back to a sprocket on the front wheel. Convoluted and a lot of work, but different.
