Hub identification?

I've had this laying around for a while, decided to clean it up today. No stamping on the hub shell, cog, or brake arm. Weird roller bearing system that expands on the brake drum. Anyone know what this is?

Think it's a Perry. They had a cone on the sprocket side of the axel that you couldn't remove. They also had a squared off place on the end of the axel so you use a wrench to thread the axel into to the anchor expander.
 
You may be right. I should have taken a pic of the axle, it has a permanent cone and squared end just like you said :) Thanks for the help.
 
I know this to be a pre-1967 Perry hub.
