huffy camaro unsure of year or value any ideas?

ok so one of my postings got a hit for a bike I really like and definitely caught my attention.
but before I go nuts and drop the 75 dollars the guy wants for it I needed to check and see if you guys my fellow rrbers could tell me if it is worth it.
it looks clean and obviously the rear tire is not original (or the front unsure which is which) but what is catching my attention is the headlight/tank and the condition of this bike.
anyone tell me what year it is and if it is worth the 75 bucks ?

Seems fair, the parts are worth the price. Minimum $20 each for rack, tank, chain guard, $10 for each wheel, tire, and fender. Can't really go wrong.

These can been seen for sale around $150-175. And if the tanklight battery tray is functional could be more.
Can't go wrong with $75 on a tanklight middleweight. ...IMO

If you don't, I have a couple decent Huffy tanklight bikes for sale.
