couldn't wait for the build off, had to use the billygoat bars.
I bought the bars, pedals, gooseneck and seat for $ 40.00 they were attached to a girls Schwinn varsity.
bought the huffy for $ 15.00 seems like it was never ridden.
put them in all there proper places, and BAM! mountain goat!
a hoot to ride.

and here it is now, all cleaned up. with dummy accessories. I hate unpeeling stickers, huffy must have used a gallon of adhesive! I still plan on adding a more comfortable seat. good rider.

allright, I am completely done modifying this one (yeah right!).
threw some color correct Schwinn forks on it and a coca cola box that I got at an antique mall. I had the rear rack from the girls Schwinn, was a child carrier.

What a classic. 100 years from now people will see pictures of these bars and want them. I predict a booming future reproduction market for these bars. No matter how advanced bike components become (I also predict 3 gram wheels made from beryllium-magnesium-titanium-bismuth alloy interlaced with Buckminsterfullerene sphericals made in zero gravity to prevent setting before solidifying), people will always lust for the before time design.
