Barn find -behind the barn.Very rough but I think I can use the frame and wheel and build from there.Could not pass it up. The price was right.Free is always good.

Re: Huffy the wheel

First bike that I had to use a torch and saws all to get apart.
Since I could only save the frame and wheel I decided to do something different.
Paint is royal blue with silver mist.
I have a n.o.s. sling shot fork but I could not bring myself to open it so I used a huffy thunder road fork instead.
Still need to find a cool chain guard.

Probably can not see the price tag in the picture. It was a $5.50 back in the day.
Very cool.Odd color I have never seen a red one.

I would pay good for that fork if you sell it. email me at [email protected] :D

Can you actually pull a wheelie with that long frame and big chain ring or is the wheelie bar just for show? Gary

Just for looks.I think that with some adjustments on the wheelie bar and a set of ape hangers it could do a mean wheelie.
