Hybrid Bicycle... wait, what?

My mom linked this video to me on Facebook, I find it interesting, but calling it hybrid is a bit off... It's just a variation of electric pedal assist. When I want to pedal, I pedal, when I don't, I drive. Not for me, but interesting nonetheless.
