So, I couldn't stand it, I caved in and bought the ole 1903 and love it, rides so nice, almost perfectly dialed in right off the showroom floor of my LBS. It actually came with a skip tooth front sprocket, looks really cool and you can hear a gear tick when it engages the chain riding down the road. First thing I removed the reflectors, then on with the layed back seat post, seat is nice and firm yet comfortable at the same time. My one and ownly gripe with the bike is the rear gearing, it has a 22t rear sprocket with what is equivalent to a 44t in the front, in other words, you peddle hard and fast and go no where, top speed I would assume would be somewhere in the neighborhood of around 8 to 10 mph full sprint. I just ordered me an 18t Shimano rear coaster sprocket, with that it should be perfect. Heres a couple of fresh pics.,,,

Thanks fellas, I'm really diggin the white tires for sure, first set I have ever had on a bike and man its an all together different feeling ride. I'd like to have me a big ole chrome headlight on the front but not sure if I have enough room between the springer.

I remembered I had a 19t Shimano coaster on a bike I recently parted, already have the 19t sprocket on the Felt, boy what difference !! She still takes off quickly but now it has some get up and go, nice quicker cruising speed, had to shorten the chain by 2 links but she's perfect now !! Wooo Hooo !!

That is one beautiful bike! I can't blame you one bit. I'm saving my money for a Nirve Skulls as we speak

Carbon that is one Sweet ride. I love the tite to the tires fender and the striping just really couldn't get any better.

Thanks for the good words fellas, I really like it, I adjusted the stem down into the headset lower bringing the bars down further and it looks really cool, gives it a lower longer look now. I'll be bombin the neighborhood all weekend on this beauty !!! 8)

Looks awesome...Felt makes incredible bikes.

One suggestion...black or brown pedals.

Nice bike, I had a 3 speed felt cruiser XR750. Looks like with some select parts changes you could bring out a bit more retro look, swap to a dog leg crank, vintage stem and maybe some alternative pedals. Not that it isn't sweet the way it is!

I am jealous :D I didn't know they were doing the skip tooth style chain ring, that is cool.
It looks good with the new style tires on it.

Can you tell me what the tire logo says on them?
If you want to sell the rear cog send me a PM.

Thanks, I hadn't thought about the dog leg crank, great idea. Now that you mention it Rat Rod, brown pedals would stay looking good alot longer, gonna start browsing my options right now, thanks for the tip !! 8)

Oh man that is sweet. I'm digging the factory skiptooth. Will we ever see a factory skiptooth bicycle again? They would make millions just selling the chains! How about that fork, is it solid?
