I.D. skirts and chain guard

I recently purchased these skirts and chain guard, and I'm fairly sure that they are CWC parts. But, after 3 days of google searches, I have not found one bike with this setup. It is not a big issue, but I would like to know approx. year and maybe a picture of the ladies bike that these came out on.

Yes, virtually identical to that one.

The guard is CWC, the fenders seem to be but I've never seen those skirt guards!

Here's the other side on mine. The rear mount is different.

I think that the paint job is the only thing that makes the chain guards look different. I figure that the guards are from a ladies bike, it does look like the skirts are made for the guard. What year is yours?
