Im building a board track racer and i have one bent wheel thats beyond repair. All i have now is 24 inch mtb wheel and 26 mtb wheel. Would this be an appropriate wheel combination? 24 inch in the front and 26 inch in the rear

Sounds like a good combo to me... might not be what "should" be on a board tracker... but I don't know what that would be. 26 on the back and 24 on the front will give it a cool hot rod feel though I reckon.

This chopper I did had 26 inch on the back and 27 inch on the front...

Well it was quite comfy actually. When I was in Christchurch I rode it to work a few times which was about 10 km (about 6 miles ?) and it's flat down there, so quite easy. Here in Kerikeri it's quite hilly and although it was ok with the gears, I didn't ride it much so I sold it. I haven't built anything since. I think I could have ridden it for a longer distance but it would be a bit slow... not that slow would bother me... I like slow. Low and slow 8)
