Hello everybody-
I recently picked up this Heavy Duti from an antique store and put on some fresh new whitewalls. What do you think? Can anybody tell me what year it's from? The license tag on the back fender gives me an idea it's pre 1964. There are some awesome bikes on here! I love the site!

There should be a serial number on one of the rear drop outs, possibly under the crank. it'll help find the year.

Looks like the rear dropout says "L4", so if my research is correct that means it was built November of 1964?
