I need help on this Columbia Hi-Way Patrol

I saved this cool bike from the scrape yard has 20 in wheels and paint is perfectly condition to my taste.But I tried locating a picture or information on this little guy and I know is its 1959 Columbia-Goodyear Hi-way patrol.I have no idea on value or even to go in leaving it like it is of turn into a sleek machine.

Not much info on 20" ballooners out there. Schwinn's are worth ridiculous money, the off brands not so much. That is in great shape and I would leave it as is if it were mine because you just don't see them.
