definitively red around the heart shape to get it noticed , maybe a 2 tone paint job with a fade ?
Perhaps a piece of plexi-glass inserted where the heart shape is painted translucent red. Bike painted black and a 4 leaf clover and something symbolizing bootlegging and, VIOLA! St. Valentine's Day Massacre Bike.
