Identify Murray tank bike

What is this? Guy wants 25.00 for it. Not sure I wanna drive 30 miles each way plus forks look bent. Not a huge Murray fan either.

I'd pull it out of the trash to strip it, but drive 60 miles? Not me.

If I wouldn't go 30 miles for a deal...I'd never get a deal . I live 30miles from my work, my wife works ~55miles from home. I consider local about a 100m radius...but, my CL searches cover the whole state, and a bit of SW Washington.

For perspective, a 100mile radius probably puts me a little more than fairfax county as far as population, and probably less than a fifth the population of LA county .

At least I'm not in the Dakotas ,
