Info on Corona Cruiser bike

My local salvation center has a Corona Single speed cruiser. Does anyone have info and value on these bikes. I would just flip it if I buy it. Needs some work but over all nice shape. They want $40.00

I just missed one locally for 80$ . It needed tires according to the add. not sure what other ailments it may have had as I never met her in person.
