I think theres a member here on ratrods that had one for sale a while back, real deal too. I think it was "gotavan"s, wasnt dirt cheap but seemed like a deal at the time.
 
Yeah I think Phil either sold it or decided to keep it... I ask him about it a while back and what ever it was it wasn't for sale any more....

But as far as value his $350 unit needed some pretty major work. It was mostly there but needed major restoration to be functional... a ride-able one would bring quite a bit more

yeah 350 would have been a steal for one of those !!!
 
I saw a site a while back that had a spoke length calculator for making your own rear wheel. They called it a "Hula Bike".
Not the same as real vintage stuff but looked like fun.

i think randy / akalocojoe has a bronco bike video around here somewhere thats got the same wheel in mind, looks like a blast !!!
