This might be sort of a dumb question, but I'm curious about something. Is there anything besides a patch that would repair a tube with a pin size hole in it? Would anything I might have around the house or shop work? I have some patches, but no glue, so I can't use them :x
Any help is appreciated :)

I think you need glue. Rubber cement.

Or try a piece of electrical tape to cover the hole. That might work for, I dont thing that would work at all.

I've used silicone glue. I think I used Permatex automotive stuff. Roughed up the tube with coarse sandpaper then cleaned it with laquer thinner. Put a drop on the pinhole and let it dry. The one I did is still good and that was 10 yrs. ago. Gary

I had thought about that, but wasn't sure. Thanks for the help
