Is this a 59 higgins

The guy i bought this from told me that it's a higgins but i can't find any higgins with the double top bars and single middle bar any help would be great.

I found out that this is a rollfast.

Higgins = Sears. Differing manufacturers over the years. :|

Mid to late 60s, made by Snyder (builder of Rollfasts). Tip off is the relatively small chainguard, the earlir 60s one was bigger, and actually similar to mid 50s Murray built JC Higgins'. Also, that Snyder chainring is very similar to Murray's (as well as that frame), but Murray's has rounded ends on the cut outs, Snyder's are squared off, and the center are triangular. Also, Murray's frames had long pointy rear dropouts, while Snyder's have a hole in them that looks like the Audi logo. -Adam
