Is this a factory made fork?

Is this homemade or is it a factory aftermarket?

Looks to me like a factory springer was extended.

I love long chopper forks.

I think homemade, you can see the extensions are bolted on about halfway down on the struts and the forks show weld discoloration. But it works!
