I'm watching this bike on ebay. It's an old ('50's?) JC Higgins. It has some issues. It has a rear fender from another bike, the tank looks like it's held on with bailing wire (there's several other pics of the bike) , not sure if the rims are any good, don't know if anything is seized, etc. He says it is farm fresh and that he is only the second owner. It's 4 hours away but I am willing to make the trip. He wants $500 for it. It's been on there for a while now with no bites on it. What do you guys think?
