What it looked like a few years ago. but you can't see the house hardware holding all the parts on lol
look really closely at seat tube and you can see a screw holding it on there in place. lol

Heres what it looks like now after I removed parts and paint because the bike was neglected and was a writeoff.

Re: This will be mine tomorow!

Can do!. then a after picture for when i'm done it

Re: This will be mine tomorow!

Hmm we will see soon! also how much them rims worth? lol I don't want them on it. I have something more traditional for it

Re: This will be mine tomorow!

Judging by the chainring and chainguard I would say it is a mid 70's Canadian Tire Supercycle or the Montreal based Leader brand which used the same chainguard. Here some of my Canadiana bikes sporting the goods
76' Supercycle folder

Re: This will be mine tomorow!

I bet it was just like the green one. I hope theres chrome under the guard and fenders so I can remove that paint, but yeah it must be a supercycle. wich in the day they whernt that bad. today's supercycles suck very bad!

Re: This will be mine tomorow!

Actually back in the day I believe CCM made Supercycles for Canadian Tire which were made with good quality parts from England or the U.S. like Sturmey Archer. If you take the crank apart it should have the 2 digit year between the bearings. Most Canadian 70's bikes do. Good luck and nice find!

Re: This will be mine tomorow!

id guess Ross, most all the Ross bikes ive had have the same chainring on them. sharp looking musclebike :)

Re: This will be mine tomorow!

Well I got it this morning and it was in rough shape so I ripped it apart and it's a bare frame now. it needs paint. it flakes off very easy and also the color it was long ago was orange sorry for the lack of pics lol. also them yellow mags arn't going back on. they however are in super condition. wonder what I should sell em for, still have reflectors on them too.

So anyway I've removed all the paint and it's a bare frame. I also noticed all the random house hardware barly holding the bike togeather. fenders are really scratched up because I guess whey sanded the chrome? why? why would anyone do that?!. on the bright side I've got something I'm gonna use for parts.

DUN DUN DUN!

I've always liked green bikes for some reason. I like my folder but I never use it. I just like looking at it. lol

Hsean,if you could take close up pics of the sprocket on your donor bike!!!!!!Man that is one of the most bitchen sprocket Ive seen.Cross between a snowflake and a Schwinn! Its just a bummer its a press fit so you cant transfer to a one piece. But what if you could get that off,do you think the diameter would be the same as a normal sprocket?I havent got one to check that out.If so you could take it off and drill it to accomodate the set hole.

I'll check it. I like it to. I was thinking about putting it on my Raleigh sports lol

Well heres some good info. possibly bad This folder is a Eaton's road king, canadian bicycles. I also have one thats like a spider web. eaton's bikes had really neat ones. however if I find more wich I always do i'll keep one aside for you also the cotter pin bent inside the arm... lol
