The more I get into this hobby, the more I realize that the difference between the amazing rat/custom bikes is in the details. Too much and its overboard and not enough and its not quite right. Sometimes the pieces just "go together" like PB&J. I am working on this black and white fat tire rat bike with cream ThickBricks and I found this seat this morning! I think it will be perfect.

Yeah, I think I enjoy rummaging for parts as much as actually building bikes. I'll start off with an idea and then let the parts I find determine how the bike ends up. This bike was all set to be an all out custom with powder coating, fresh chrome, etc.....but the parts I found in the last couple of weeks are screaming an awesome rat build.

It's likely a 1960 or so Evans seat, their whole '60 line had striped seats! -Adam
