That appears to be an Iverson Dragstripper! Very cool bike and can be quite sought after, I am sure someone more knowledgeable will chime in on year for you.

iverson drag stripper for sure very sought after and somewhat rare from what i researched
it is missing a few parts so that will affect the value,however it appears t be 1970 or somewhere in that area.
