I believe that model is called a Regal Deluxe, although I have seen one other in that color combo that did say Color Flow on the guard so who knows. IMO that bike has a cool look to it as is and it would be a shame to cut it up but it is yours to do as you like. Might be a nice rider for your lady friend?
