Jc Higgins 100 on eBay

I just came across this in the usual perusing of eBay... seems to be a Jc Higgins 100. I don't know for sure, but I think they were the only JCH's to have the unique triple light headlight, the x-53-ish strutted carrier and white checkered looking seat...
