Found a lot of bikes on CL, went and picked them up today. It was pouring when I got home but I snapped a couple of pics, I will get better ones when its nice out again.
Got a few good rat bikes, a Monark, a Murray, and an unknown CWC skiptooth. About 5 road bikes, 5 or so chicago Schwinns. a few mountain bikes and the rest is pacific junk that I'll flip to get my $$ back.
24" Hollywoods
The rims on the pink/white schwinn look almost new, and there original. Its the nicest pair ive ever seen.
Now my dilemma is which one to build for my girlfriend. the all blue cwc has the gothic fenders that match my Hiawatha, and the rack on the murray is the same one im putting on my Hiawtha as well. And this frame is a little bigger than the other one and shes tall. But I have a star sprocket on the way that I really want to use but I want to keep the skiptooth on the blue bike. The Murray tanker is cool and I wouldnt mind customizing that one but I think its a middleweight. I have less than 3 weeks to finish the bike for her bday, guess I better decide quick!
