While I was out in the garage this morning a boy of about 7 or 8 rode up and asked if I had any pedals. I looked at his Walmart bike to find he had just a pedal shaft on the left and the right was not far behind. I fixed him up and he thanked me and I went about my day. I got home later and spotted a new bike outside the garage. I went out to inspect the bike and found a note thanking me for fixing her son's bike and I could have this Huffy. Ladies lightweight with a 3 speed, a rat trap rack, tool bag, nice seat, bow pedals and a cool battery light. Parts is parts and good parts are better.

Great story. Congratulations.

Are you married? Maybe she was makin' a move on ya.

Don't know who she is. We live in a town of 800, but I don't know many people outside of my circle. Didn't recognize the kid this morning even though I have spent a lot of time at the school. Doesn't mean I haven't seen him, just not very observant about people. But ask me details about his bike and I can let you know all the details.

That's the way I am, you could ask me about people who stop in.......what color hair?...... don't know...... what they look like?..... don't know, what bike?, I'd give you year, make, model, color, modifications, and possibly even VIN number.....lol. (I'm kinda the bike guy of kokomo and half the bikes I see I either sold, owned at one point in time, or have been trying to acquire for years.)

Thats cool man, i fixed my neighbors kids bike, he thanked me and left about a half hour later he brought his mom over to air up the tire on her bike, i said sure so she bent over to take the valve cap off and she had a really loose shirt on :D and you know i still cant tell you what kind of bike she had, i think the tire was black
