Ok a while back ,I bought several of the Kenda 26 x 2.125 flames on their weekly special $4. I had one aired up on a rim for a while. When I looked at it and noticed it had a big (baseball size ) cancer on the side wall. I stuck another one one there . I'm watching it too. So if you have some of these watch them or you could be walking home from somewhere. I don't know if this was a once in a lifetime event or if they have a sidewall flaw/weakness involved. Just watch them.

The few tires I've ordered are nowhere's near the quality that I've bought from my local shops. Gigs got some 20x2.125s and they're more like 1.75s. The cost of the shipping brings them up to the same price or more as we pay locally. Not impressed by any that I've bought thru this Weekly Special program. Won't buy again! Our LBS are so much better!

Clancy i had them at 30 psi. I figured that maybe somebody else might have had a problem. It could have been just a fluke and not really anything to do with the quality of the tire. I have 3 more like that one. I'm going to watch. I havent had any problems with the 26x 3's. I would buy more of them in a heartbeat , if they run them on again. Seems like everything I have now has them on there.

I've bought a bunch of tires from them. The 3 dollar 27x1's are good on my Raleigh and the 26x 1.75 that look like bontragers? are doing well also. I have 2 sets of the 26x3, the first set on my huge beach cruiser (sold). I'm saving the second pair for the annual build off. Too bad they are all gone now. I also have 2 sets of the 26x2.125 4 dollar specials on a couple of heavy duty bikes. And 4 of the 26x1 3/8 on a couple of English bikes. No problem with any of them.

Im sure these tires are seconds. The ones I have bought all have imperfections in the lettering or slight tread irregularities.I havent found any structural problems yet though.Over the last couple of years I have ordered over 2 dozen from them. The 4 dollar tire with shipping costs about 6 dollars and thats from Ohio to Ariz. I cant touch any tire around here for 6 bucks, especially flame tread.I will be inspecting them closer upon installation ,thanks for the heads up.
