kickstand questions

hey guys anyone know anything about theses babies ...got em at a community sale 2day

any help would b cool ...is the double leg one rare ,,,never seen one like that b4 !!!
i alos picked up 6 bikes ...there not home yet tho ..i had 2 have someone bring em home 4 me so ill get pics of them up 2 morrow ....ill prolly b parting all of them out ... thnx mike
