for a while ive wanted to build something smaller for kids that looked "cruiser-ish." i tried w/ 20" muscle bike frames but i just dont like those. this bike is a bmx sized frame, i put a smaller fork on it from a smaller bike (just happens to be the same color) and 16" wheels. that sits the frame lower so i put a smaller pedal assembly on it. i put on cruiser bars and a small schwinn seat. if i decide to finish it i can paint the bike black and white to match the seat, and do the colors like the schwinns two-tone bikes did. what do you guys think? any ideas? i put a pic of it sittin in front of a full size 26" cruiser so ya get an idea for size. any input would be appreciated.

i think if you want a cruiser look to it it should have fenders...if thats possible, maybe a tail rack.

This is just my 2 cents but it might be a bit quick handling for a rug rat with the head tube that steep. Maybe a cruiser-ish type raked out fork with a shorter stem like the one on the big bike. But it does look cool. :mrgreen:
