The guy where i buy frames and parts from has a lady Hawthorne with skip tooth sprocket fork truss one is missing and the bracket that holds it is broke on the side the one is missing from. He wants $45 for it and he has the rims for it but said they need to be straightened. Worth saving or something to customize or not worth the $45? Thanks for any input.

I would have to see it, to see if rust is an issue, and how bad the rims are. Also, is it all there? For a resale, ladies bikes don't have a big market, so it might have to be a bike you wanted to keep.

parts is parts, bars, stem, hubs, crank, etc. like wildcat says check for rust, might be worth it for the bits and pieces

Finally able to get a couple of pics couldn't find any serial number looked on bb dropouts seat tube maybe under paint

Headbadge says Hawthorne across the top MW in a shield Montgomery ward on bottom

My guess is late 40's early 50's Snyder made (going by the Rollfast style dropouts) With no wheels or none that are any good, it's way overpriced at $45. If you want to make a rat bike, maybe 10 or 15 bucks at best. To restore it wouldn't be worth the parts. The serial number would be on the BB, and might have a EH with 2 digits, 65 would indicate a 56 model.
