Thanks, I can't take full credit, My friend Brooks who can be seen in that last photo I posted was sympathetic to my cause and logged about 35 hours over the past two weeks. He's got mad skills and I'd give him a task and when it was done I found myself wondering if it came out better than if I had done it myself. I think if I do this next year I'm just going to put a lazy boy recliner in the shop and offer periodic instructions to him while he does all the work.

The goal is to get the metal as close to perfect as I can and then have everything nickel plated. I haven't begun to investigate what that will cost yet but its only money right?

Its the chain hitting the cutout on the fender. I just need to open up the hole a little.
