Thanks. A rubber bumper would help things and I have the space for it. I actually had to add a steel spacer because I missed my target for the seat post angle by a few degrees. One of those mistakes that prove to be beneficial. I'm going to push forward though. It was probably foolish of me to spend so much time on this when I had a good looking setup on the first attempt but I get high off finding solutions to mechanical problems. This was super fun to make.Looks great! And appears to have the right amount of tension. I see one rubber stopper for travel control on the spring. Maybe one at the top to soften the 'rebound' might smooth it out a bit?
