Has anyone bought these? They look good and they are cheap but I'm wondering of the quality of a $7 light kit

I saw a guy just the other day downtown Indy for the Moto GP races, he had some that looked like those he said the lights work good but the mounting clamps broke when he installed them. His where ziptied on said he had a plan for them when he gets home.

cool, I'm thinking of making my own mount anyway to recess it into my back rack or under the seat. I can't leave it stock.... 8)
