This is my wayward , orphaned 57 DeLuxe racer that actually accomidates balloon tires better than the middleweight frame they were on before.

Torrington bars and some slender grips, a mid-weight 60's Schwinn guard sporting the naked veriprimed look. English seat.

I never would've guessed they would fit. All of the Racers and alike are the same size right?

They barely fit but they do fit with a hair of space. I think they'll be just fine with just a little stretching and grinding, but no rubbing now.

Tell us about the wheels...They look like Arayas laced to a ACS high flange in the front. What about the rear?

Wow, yes, that's right. The rear is a Canadian built SUN on a Shimano D-Type coaster hub. The front SUN from the set needs to have the bearings greased. They're going on a Klunker sometime soon.
