This auction site is for government liquidation and has a little bit of everything.
The biggest draw back is that 99.9 percent of them don't ship, but if you find one close enough to your area, some good deals can be had.
The bicycle category usually has retired Police bikes and unclaimed stolen bikes. I bought my daily rider from here.

There's also plenty of other things that you might find of interest.

The police bike auction used to be a big deal in Savannah too. Sadly, a lot of towns send all of their stuff off to auction consolidators now.

The local police station here no longer auctions their recovered bikes because they said during the auction someone would interrupt bidding to inform them that it was their bike and that always caused problems, whether it was or not. Now they donate them to charity, which is much cooler in my opinion.

It figures that the closest place is Jacksonville Beach FL which has a bunch good cruisers to use for parts and there were a small few that were worth fixing & selling or keep.
