Those handlebars are unusual. Do you know what they were on originally?

A 20x3 rear looks really good with a 22" front. I don't know where you could get one though, they were a french and english thing. Maybe Canada? They came on folding bikes mainly. But they are the perfect outside diameter for a 20x3 rear, 24 is, IMHO, slightly too big.
