TORPEDO Three(or two) speed coaster brake hub that I know nothing about.

A Springer fork that my powder coater will work his magic on.

Coaster brake 3 speed is good stuff, plenty of the non-coasters around though.

The thumbshifter should say if it's 2 or 3 speed. Torpedo is a good one, but it's mated to a 26 x 1 3/8 rim. I've got a 3 speed Torpedo w coaster brake on a 26 x 2.125 wheel, the shifting and braking is very smooth. I like it better than the Shimano or SA 3 speeds I ride.

The springer looks to be one from a middleweight bike, meaning it can be used for wide tires. That's probably the only real treasure your neighbor gave you.
