Good luck, I finally quit trying to find owners of misplaced vehicles. "Out to pasture,"(such as the one you posted) are 99% of the time, "just waiting for the right time to restore her," or some other lame offering of excuses.
1) outside the garage in the driveway, only if the tires are flat!
2) next to the garage, especially if it's tarped!
3) close to the house to be seen but not in the bay window~!

Case in point; Guy around the corner had a Mark 7 in the side lot and it was not for sale, under a tarp in the driveway with 4 flats was an 80s Monte Carlo SS that was being given away!(Okay he wanted $1200.00)
Sold the Monte, then the Mark was suddenly available!

Never say never, if that was the case I wouldn't have a yard full of bikes, this one here is actually for sale, but not listed, 46 Chevy with the front parts in the back and the rolling chassis is sitting behind it $500 ,if I had an old Suburban Chassis I would be all over it, but I am going to find out about the Studebaker sometime.
