Actually the front fender in particular. I've checked a few places online and can't really be sure of the length but it seems like MANY of the chrome ballooner fenders are too short up front, as if they go just past the 12-O'clock position and end. If you're experienced with classic balloon fenders from Schwinn or Monark etc. you know they cover a great portion of the tire in front of the fork in order to mount long lights.
