Just throwing this out there. Been busy around the holidays, but this is all i have so far.
I'll be making new handlebars soon as i get the chance and refinishing the forks, chemically thinning the chrome.
Things on the To-Do list fitting the front fender onto the forks and making a new seat from scratch and shaping and recovering it myself. There is no seatpost in the newer pictures but the new seat will have one welded on with stabilizing brackets going to the frame in the rear. Im stoked to start fabbing. wish me luck :D

This is how i got it:

Re: Pennant Racer Bike build

SOOO much 'YES' is already in this build. Those bars are rocking my socks off like none other!!! Luck has been wished, use it wisely my good man!

Re: Pennant Racer Bike build

The bars were the easiest things to make haha.
I just took some ten speed drop bars and cut them
Off before they made the curve back.
The handle parts are some Free mountain bike cheapo
Riser Bar end things. Still gotta get rid of all the chrome

I should be starting on the seat this week. One out of steel,
And another out of aluminum. The second seat will be
For my next build, a 39 rollfast 26in

Re: Pennant Racer Bike build

Well it's so easy so go for it.
Most bike shops have at least one or two pairs laying around that they normally are happy to give away.

Very Cool!!! Great idea on the bars 8)
