I've seen them all, and this tricycle hydraulic cylinder is as big as that of an office chair.

So I made a sample hydraulic shock absorber and it seems to be working at the moment

Man bro,I'm definitely feeling the cylinder.can you take some close up pics of how you have it working? And what's the cylinder off of? I've got 1 from an office chair, but it's under ALOT more pressure than yours.like it takes my full weight to compress it. Anyways, keep up the updates!

just a thought ad a rear paper boy double sided basket. cut holes to mount speakers hooked up to a eye pod, zone or cell pone for tones. then rap that in leather to look like motor cycle side bags. maybe add a liner in basket for water hooked up to a camel back type house. for drinking on the go. or make a built in cooler

At the moment it is not being undertaken so thoroughly.

When I get this system completely fixed, I will take more pictures. These broken chairs float and the cheaper and lighter chairs also have significantly softer cylinder back pressure. I got a hole in the first one while welding, and now the spare cylinder is also terribly stiff, but I'm still looking, maybe I'll find a new one.

Today I received the ordered 280 spokes and "nipples", I made the front rim as a test and it still took a lot of time....but I am very satisfied.

Since the spokes were new and I have time until spring, I will also polish the edges of the rim. I use sandpapers: P80 P120 P320 P400 P500 P800 P1000 P1500 Polishing paste.

Well done! Surely it took a lot of time and effort. I remember how i used to clean up my 144 spokes wheels too on my first cruiser bike back in 2013 :)
Make sure you protect them somehow, otherwise they may start to corrode again soon.

I finally got the bike from powder coating.

.sandblasting
.primer
.gold color
.coat of varnish

The right sparkle can be seen in the sun, but it's hard to find at the moment...-16 celsius outside. I also added some stripes so that there would be
something to discover when looking.
